Abstract

The importance of interpersonal skills has been accepted in nursing but acquiring these skills is a problem. This study looks at the importance of interpersonal skills and the methods of acquiring them as well as the problems of these methods. An enquiry was made to determine whether these problems can't be avoided by using the Mental Health Consultation Model. At the same time the possibility was examined whether this method could be used in groups to save time.
